About Tim
Tim McCausland
As an attorney, banker, and community leader based in the Catskills, I advise individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in matters involving real estate, trusts and estates, governance, and strategic problem-solving.
Over the past several decades, I’ve built a career grounded in practical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to navigate both legal and business challenges with a long-term perspective.
Alongside my legal work, I am actively developing original screenplays through our production banner, Dreampool Productions, with projects spanning historical drama, political thrillers, crime stories, and character-driven narratives rooted in American history and culture.
